  1st off this place don't deserve 1🌟!! This was my "GO TO SALON " but the new owners,are rude,make your nails bleed,horrible designs,and more.. just terrible! Don't waste your money or time with this place!

  Worst experience ever!!! This use to be my favorite nail shop but the staff changed and it all went downhill! I came to get my nails done and the only available nail tech was a man I told him to be gentle because man are always rough. Well he made the skin around my nail bleed bad!! The way he painted my nails look bad too I had to tell him to clean them because he painted all on my skin. I’m very disappointed, I just wanted some simple square nails. I’m probably never coming here again.

  Bad customer service, too pricey for what I got, and a bad job on my nails. They were on the phone and didn’t care to look at what I was complaining about.

  The older lady with all the tattoos kept insisting for me to get gel done.. No exxageration she literally told me like 10 times while she was doing my nails even told me she wouldn't charge me my nail take off.. when she finally got the hint, she said ... fine, I'm going to have to charge you nail take off since you didn't get the gel.... I said that's fine.. that's what I came for, as she was painting my nails she commented again "I told you to get gel but you didn't want too" was being extremely rough while painting my nails and didn't even file them correctly. I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Will not be going there again.

  I didn't want to give it a one but also not a five. Kim and Nina are wonderful at what they do I highly recommend them. But yesterday I was with my mother and friends to get our nails done and there was a man who kept insisting we let him do our nails. Which I really really regret. He was on the phone the whole entire time, I am not one to complain but he completely ruined my nails. They're not the same size he didn't fill them in all the way. Maybe if he wasn't on the phone all the time he could have paid more attention to what he was doing.
