  There are other $5 parking spots within downtown, but they get full quick. This spot however, you will manage to find a few spots available (somewhat most of the time), and sometimes you may not. What i dislike about this lot, is that its not very convenient for Dually trucks. If you drive a big truck, just hope you will have enough space to maneuver and park.
