  Terrible. The "general manager" did not address my complaint in the slightest. He was very disrespectful. I would recommend parking somewhere else.

  Great service. The service was the best. The attendant was very polite and helpful. Being a handicapped, they were very kind. I would use them all the time.

  Terrible!. Parked at the Aqua off of Wacker. My ticket could not be read by the machine. Exits are not manned so I couldn't get my car out. I pushed the button to call for help. The lady who answered couldn't speak more than a word or two of english. All she could say was "LL2" I assumed she meant go to the second lower level. Look all over for the office, no signed at all to tell you where to go. Pushed the emergency call, same lady. Thank goodness I didn't have a real emergency. Took me 20 minutes and 3 more calls to find the office. It was behind the locked private parking section. I paid to leave but she forgot to give me an exit card. Hard to come back in and darn near had to use sign language to help her figure out I needed an exit card. Another family was in the office because the machine did not give them a ticket when they came in. The attendant thought they lost their ticket and was trying to force them to pay the $100 lost ticket fee. They couldn't explain to her since her english was so bad. Crazy! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid.
