  I live nearby and I pretty much take the subway everyday. Whenever this Asian guy works there and I go to him for some help, he always disappoint me. Today is my 2nd time I went to him because my unlimited metro card wasn't working when I tried to swipe and I asked him to check it for me. He gives me an envelop and says, you have to send this metro card to fix, coz its not readable. I saw the card was still valid and he should have at least opened the door for me but he didn't. I asked him nicely but he said, NO I WONT. YOU HAVE TO BUY A METRO CARD. I had to get a card but he could have let me go in for free since my card was valid. He is never helpful. And he always talks disrespectfully.

  The 7 Train. The worst train ever. Always delayed.

  The 7 train is terrible during rush hour in the am there are not enough 7 trains going to manhattn yet the other side of the platform which is completely empty has more trains coming and in the afternoon the side going to queens is completely pack with not enough trains and once again the other side of the platform has more frequent trains yet no people...mta needs to get it together fare keeps raising yet limited service
