  Staffs at the ticket machines are kindly help travelers maybe from other areas. Or the machines are recently installed because they are incredibly selling tokens.... I got a transfer ticket and fail the transfer and ask the staff inside the box very politely. He reply to me loudly, yelling at me and didn't answer the question about ticket. Not professional at all! Is it default attitude of customer service here? So unpleasant on my trip!

  Every day this week there's been a new delay. You get on the train but the train sits for 20 minutes for a new reason every day. Ticket prices keep going up but the equipment keeps breaking down. Where is all that money going?
