  Service is terrible here. I would never do business with them again. Took 3 months to get my car, then when I got it back, my car seat and spare were missing. (They found it after 1 week) I could NEVER get anyone on the phone. Complaining is useless, just avoid the headache. When I finally got my car they did do a good job on repairs as far as paint. But I did see some stuff misaligned, not too bad, but wouldn't dare take it back because of fear of not getting my car back for another 2 months! Some staff were helpful, when you actually got to speak to them. They really need to improve on their customer service.

  Honestly Worst body shop I ever dealt with I had got into a collision on August 21 2016 and ended up receiving my vehicle back on November 3 2016 horrible customer service they called and said my Vehicle is ready for pick up the first time my lower control arm axle and other suspension parts was damaged in the accident they gave me back the vehicle unsafe to drive I felt like I had no control of the vehicle the way was driving so I brought it back they said it needed a wheel alignment that was not even the case it needed basically the entire suspension parts to be replaced they gave me a horrible paint job that ended up peeling and bubbling 3 months later one of the employees had crashed/scraped my truck while in possession of their body shop if I didn’t make a problem about it or had saw it they would of most likely said i caused the damage when you call them they don’t answer the phone My truck ended up going in and out of there because every time they would call me back something else would would get damaged on my truck and they will not take responsibility for nothing but yet when there’s a collision they are the first ones to show up on scene and convince you about their wonderful body I will never recommend this shop to anybody they work is trash their customer service is trash use a insurance company preferred bodyshop or a bodyshop that has good reviews

  Patience was the key. It took almost 3 week to get the car but when I got it. I had no complain the job was good. If anything else was wrong they would look at it and let me know what was the right choice.

  If I could give it 0 stars I would! This place is the most unprofessional shop! I had a little collision got hit by the front right tire, I went to their shop. They told me it will be $ 6,000 up front if I want it done fast and quick. I should of known not to give the money upfront. The owner Stephanie told me it will be done in TWO weeks. Two weeks goes by and they wind up "getting the wrong part" 2 different times ! She said it was the mechanics fault and did not take any responsibility whatsoever. She was very nasty and unprofessional. She would not answer the phone most of the times I called her. She gave me the run around for 2 months!!! Had the nerve to charge me $1,000 more just to get my car out! When I FINALLY got my car back the whole inside was torn apart. They stole ALL my money in my car ($50) and gave it back to me looking disgusting inside. Not only that, I had to go get a wheel alignment myself and when I got to a different shop I turn the car off and the car wouldn't turn on after. The radio keeps turning on and off I have no idea what these people did. I am so beyond disappointed and disgusted!!!! Please for your own sake Do NOT come here if you care about your car !!! Now I first have to take it to another shop to make sure my car is OK after I call AAA to get a new battery

  This 85 Collision concept people's are worse people on the earth. They will break your car and then they will tell you some story to make believe that your car is need repair but actually your car was fine till they break it. And they just lie to your face. Pulline the guy was telling me that I need $8000.00 Dollars to fix the car where I spend only 1500 dollars to fix my car. Just be careful before you go to them. I will never forget and I will not let any of my friends to go 85 collision. Be careful
