  The service great there. My server was excellent. It's nice inside but a bit overpriced. My veggie burger kept falling apart as well. It wasn't very good but I may have just ordered the wrong thing. My 801 lemonade tased like jungle juice. Others items on the may sounded good though. Five star service and looks but 4 star food and drink.

  801 is one of my go-to rooftops on U-street. Great music most of the times and quite decent drinks! If you're looking to experience the "U-street" DC nightlife experience, I would definitely recommend going to this one!

  I love coming to this place, it has that beautiful atmosphere along with good food and drinks. The staff are friendly and welcoming, you always see them moving around with warm smiles. The Food is pretty good, i am still exploring the menu so I didn't have the chance to check everything they have. The location is in a very busy street so coming here with a car is going to be a difficult mission, i always uber around DC to avoid the street of finding a parking space.

  Amazing food and great service. I had the duck and they could have kept bringing out plate after plate of it, force fed it to me, and I wouldn't have gotten tired of it. So good!

  I’ve only ever been to the rooftop bar. The bar is pretty great. If you’re with a group of friends, order the giant drink to split, it’s tasty. You get a good view of the U Street strip and there are multiple TVs if there’s a game on. It can get quite crowded during peak hours but if you can carve out some space it’s worth stopping by for a drink.
