  This place has great food. I went for a work function, so I didn’t get to try their regular menu, but still it was fantasticz. Their risotto is to die for. Do yourself a big favor and try it. It was addictive. The staff is friendly and the owner is so nice and fantastic.

  This place is amazing! Great place to go on a date night. All the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The bartender created some one of a kind cocktails that were paired perfectly with our food selections. What a great food experience!

  Love this place! Service was great right along with the atmosphere! We sat outside in the patio area and it was so cute. Perfect to share with friends and family. The food was very tasty and prepared deliciously! I would definitely recommend this place if you want to impress someone in a casual way. The “oscar” cocktails were really fun, as they made them according to what we like and ordered! Very cool spot. I will be back soon.

  Seventh and Carson is a great tapas place in downtown Las Vegas!!! I went there on a date recently and order the white truffle toast and the charred octopus. The truffle toast was to die for. The head chef Gregg got our food to us so quickly. The bartender and resident mixologist Oscar has a unique and fun take on cocktails and flavors, utilizing the freshest ingredients to make his personalized cocktails. He cracked an egg fresh to get egg whites, and had a fun personality to boot! I recommend sitting on the patio when the weather is fair because it has a great ambiance

  Absolutely thrilled with this place! The cocktails in particular are amazing - possibly the best downtown. I was surprised to find such a passionate mixologist in this out-of-the-way gem. The service, too, was just spectacular- fast, friendly, efficient, and personal. I truly enjoyed the menu’s tapas-like focus on small bites. The three of us shared several items (which were great), and really had a great night. Place has a wonderful vibe and everyone from the manager to the chef is constantly making sure everything is top notch. Will definitely be a regular here - it’s worth the trip Downtown.
