  Good place and quiet, good for elderly and kids. Security downstairs.

  I'm currently living there it's pretty clean, there are some problems but it's not the worst place I've had to live. If NYC would provide better housing options I wouldn't have to live here.

  I went to the building because i had to drop a parcel at the location. I did not get to view any of the rooms.
