::So, I was living in Michigan and had a 2 week notice that I needed to move to DFW for work. My criteria consisted of a 6mo lease, 110lb dog friendly, laundry in-unit, and within 15min from work. I applied to 20+ places in 2 days and received only 3 calls. One of them was David at 719 UTA. He was super flexible and understanding of the situation I was in. The few problems I've had have been resolved within the day. Neighbors have gone above and beyond to make it feel like home. 5 stars all around
