  This store, and the way they treat customers, is an example of why 7-eleven cannot keep abreast of the other local convenience stores. It almost seems that if 7-eleven has a sale on Slurpee beverages then all the machines will be out of service; if there is a sale on a certain sandwich, they will be out of stock. Prices are missing on many items on the shelves. Coffee may be hours old, and they even hesitate to give customers a napkin at times.In my case, I bring in a beverage container for a soda refill. The sign clearly gives a price for refills over 53 oz. , and my platypous container is about 64 oz. Although there is nothing about this on the sign, they decided to charge me more for the refill. I would NOT mind if I was trying to fill a two gallon container or something of that size, but they never even bothered to measure my container., and I offered to show the capacity written on the container. A simple solution - honest and transparent - would be to post a maximum refill size so I do not get chastised for taking advantage of an advertised price.
