  Terrible customer service,while I admit I made a mistake thinking the taquitos were 3 for $1,the employees response was rude

  If you've been to one 7 Eleven, you've been to them all. There are three about a block apart, and several more downtown. This one accepts EBT, while the one on 16th does not.

  Worst customer service ever, as soon as i entered the store the worker named joshua told me that i could be in his store with an unlit cigarette that had been previously light because of state law.... no such law in Colorado. He further discriminated against me and my friends saying he couldnt process 7 11 pizza on ebt. Threatened to call the cop saying he reserved the right to refuse service to anyone when i asked for corporates number and his named. Also refused to give me corporates number, threatening me with calling the cops.

  Worest customer service ever and Unfriendly staff. When I asked the clerk for his name to complaint he said " It is not my responsibility to give you my name go to the hell I will not give you any service" (for no reason) and he return back my merchandise on the counter. I was ready to pay but he blown up for no reason. I am customer in this store for 18 months because I am working cross the street but I will not return back.

  On Mar 6, we were there from out of town, needed to grab a quick bite at 6:30PM. The young man had the best customer serve I have experienced in a decade. Generally there is no genuine CARE for customers. Certainly you can get help but not with the true graciousness of this employee. And great hot dog as well.
