::If I could give it to zero Stars I would. This was the worst experience I ever had any 7-Eleven. The owner was absolutely rude, and terribly disrespectful. All because of marshmallows in my hot chocolate. He went off screaming at me in front of people in the store over me putting marshmallows in my hot chocolate. Isn't the point of the marshmallows to put in the hot chocolate? I've never experienced anything like that in my life and I will never ever give my business to them ever again. The owner should be fired for treating his customers that come there everyday the way he did. He even went on to call the cops because I put marshmallows in my hot chocolate. When I think about it now it was seriously immature and amusing. Never again will I go there. The owner was terrible at customer service, the other employee was nice though. He said I didn't do anything wrong & that he just has to listen to his boss.

::Tonight, I got stuck in this 7-11 parking lot with a flat tire in the bitter cold (10 degrees). My cell phone was not working and it was 3am in the morning. There is no public phone nearby, so I asked the clerk to please allow me to use the phone to call my home for help. I was told they could not allow me to use their phone. I thought this is not great customer service. And to boot I frequent this establishment in the mornings on my way to the LIE. I just felt they could have been, a little more understanding due to the circumstances. A customer overheard our conversation and allowed me to use his cell phone. He too was astonished at the response of the clerk to my situation. So thank you mr. nice coffee drinking guy and shame on you 7-11 clerk. Remember, what goes around comes around.
