  Inept, rude, and expensive. Save your money and your energy and go down the street to a different 7-Eleven. The staff is of absolutely no help, they made numerous mistakes when ringing me up and then they just look at me like yeah so, we'll get it right next time... I kid you not that's actually what they told me. And like you're not going to fix this or do anything... nope. Everything in the store is more expensive than any other 7-Eleven I've been to. If at all cost avoid this place, there's a CVS down the street and there's another 7-Eleven just a few blocks away, unless you like food that's been sitting out all day and coffee grounds in your coffee

  Like nothing of the 7-11s in Japan. They had what I wanted and I could dismiss the lack of customer service skills but my visit had sticky floors and a hobo out front trash can diving and he asked me for change.

  The store clerks you know about customer service. Too often so very rude. I have even heard these Clark's talk to others as if they were less than human, dogs. I will not going to spend any of my money again that 7-Eleven.

  It's a good 711 but yall need to do something about them bum as fiends. They're irritating, and can't stop bumming consumers.

  Worst location in downtown. Staff is very rude and have no customer service. They also don't offer cash back so they can defer you to the ATM where they charge a fee.
