  went in around 730-8am bought some cigs gave clerk $20 short changed $5, at first mad disrespect, would not give it back until 3pm as the till be counted, I don't get off till 5. around 530 I called spoke with the manager and explained the story, then we both came to an Agreement an was able to get my $5 back. problem solved at first I was never to go to 711 again as that has never happened and but they redeemed themselves

  If I bring to your attention your current sales signs on the 2 liter sodas 2 for 3.33 then why charge me 2 for 6.00 first problem. If there is no taxes applied to ebt items then why are taxes charged on this items according to my the receipt. The Asian lady that works there clearly need so assistants. She tries and refund the ebt card and it doesn't work, and tells me to come back tomorrow and talk to the manager. She now has my receipt which is proof of purchase, and the items I purchased, and wants me to leave the store with nothing not even my refund. Please train your employees the right way of business because if you take a customer money, and they return the items for a refund they are due a credit all at the same time.

  Do not go in this store if the Asian lady is there. She is racist, assumes your stealing, will take pictures of you and when you say check the cameras she will ignore you and say that it doesn't matter. Even though you show her what you walked in with. Worst customer service experience I ever had in my life
