  Bought a breakfast sandwich at 10 am. Got back to my desk at work and it was lukewarm and hard. Just took it back at 12 and was told without a receipt I cannot get an exchange. The guy who sold it to me was not there and the assistant manager made it seem like I was lying because I couldn’t fully describe the worker. Like I just found an old sandwich off the street and tried to exchange it or something. Smh horrible customer service.

  Paid for my hotdog and chicken wings. Was told they don't have any and refused to give me my money back

  Went in nye. Was closed from 1130 to 12 am. . Then opened mexican long hair dude was rude and disrespectful the young white dude did all the work wile "manager" just stood there getting rude.. Place was packed. Then i went back at 2 am and it was closed again... Never will return... White dude get out of there find a good group to work for.....

  Used to be nice, but has recently gone downhill in the past week or two. Vagrants and junkies are starting to run it over and there is no security to make you feel like your not going to be mugged while waiting in the long line!
