  I just went in to this 7-11 to get some snacks. I was excited and having a great day so I threw my arms up as I entered and said "yes the snack store"! As I entered two men left and one of them looked like he stole something. The employees yelled at them and the employee named "Carroz" said to me "you have to pay for that. Next time you want to buy something you pay 2.50 extra". He was serious and I said "I did not know those men,and I had come here to buy snacks". He said "you had your arms up" and I said yeah because I was excited to be in the store to get snacks. He later said he was joking, (trust me he wasn't) and he laughed at me in a rude way chuckling as I was very upset at this random accusation. A customer chimed in "it was funny "Carroz". And another cashier told me it was funny and that I needed to calm down and he rolled his eyes at me. I said "no it was not funny,I didn't know those men. I got video of them being more and more rude and the second cashier cursed at me on my way out of the store. This was ridiculous,I was having such a good day and then I went to 7-11, usually a great place to pick up snacks and sodas,but today was horrible. The time was around 10:30pm or 10:45 It happened fast. 3/30/18. I have never had such a dissapointing experience at 7-11. I still can't believe it just happened.

  This place is awesome to get food and drink but I’m only giving this place 4 stars because they don’t have the extra flavors in the fountain drink machine anymore

  One of the greatest institutions I have had the pleasure of stumbling into night after night, somewhat inebriated, in search of great food for great value. Nick, my boy behind the counter, is the wizard if Oz behind this experience. He whipped us up a delicious pizza in no time flat. They really care about you here.

  Everytime i come to this store its a mess... Especially the bathroom. I dont recommend to anyone to use their bathroom unless u wanna catch a disease. Seriously instead of just standing around talking to other employees why dosent someone clean that nasty bathroom. Smfh

  My name is Kent, and what happened tonight was nothing but hurtful and rude. I went in, purchased a big gulp, walked outside, stowed it away, and right as I was making sure my phone had been turned off after using the 7-11app, I was immediately attacked by the female employee. She said "you can't loiter you have to leave now", I looked up, awestruck that she would have the nerve to embarrass me like that in front of at least 10 customers. I walked in and asked the cashier whom I just purchased the drink from, "Will you please tell her that I just walked out the door?" He responds, "yes he just walked out" She then begins to try to instigate a fight by saying, "Sir you don't need to make a scene in front of everyone like that. You were about to loiter and [anger fueled yelling starts] I'VE ASKED YOU TO LEAVE, ARE YOU GOING TO LEAVE???" I am extremely intelligent, but it doesn't take much to know what she was trying to do. She was trying to antagonize me so that she could ban me from the store, because she's having a bad day. Normally, I would admit that maybe I had been partially to blame, but this time I came in, exited with my purchase within no more than a minute or two, dumped the Gatorade I just bought into a Gatorade bottle, put it away and grabbed my belongings as I was about to turn around and leave. I'm sorry, but I'm not letting this one slide. She berated me in front of many guests, embarrassing me by her statement, which made it sound like I not only was doing something wrong, but am a nuisance. I am so kind and courteous to every person I meet, and this woman needs to be fired. I ask that you please review the security footage from tonight, 10/16/2016, it's 8:10pm right now, and I've only walked out of sight in front of the wig store to write this. This is F*****G DESPICABLE. I apologize for that language, but anyone who would purposefully yell at a customer to embarrass them, when that customer has done nothing but be a regular patron of your business, has no right to be in a position called "customer service". I'm truly hurt by this. I don't appreciate being made fun of, and I deserve justice. This is not the first time this child has been rude to me. I'm livid. I've left my telephone number with the feedback on the 7-11 App, and expect a phone call immediately.
