  The daytime employees the man especially is very rude. The 7-11 app for discounts and when you buy 6 drinks you get a 7th free they never honor that. I've been going in there for a very long time sometimes twice a day spending a lot of money. My credit card had been messed up one day when I went in to buy a drink, pizza, and a snack. So while I was stamding by the door calling my bank the guy employee told me to leave I could not be there!!!! My card had been de- magnetized which was why it wouldn't work. But to make me, a regular customer leave after spending hundreds of dollars there was not only humiliating, but showed me how they really feel about American customers. He is from the middle East. I'm not prejudice. I have friends I love dearly from all over the world. But I am tired of them and their App that half works and when it does they screw it up at that particular location, and I they take my rewards plus make me pay. So don't go to this 7-11. I'm a Google Guide and send numerous reviews from all over Dallas/Ft Worth. Take my advice, go to the one by the West End it has bathrooms and the owner is super nice. The one by El Centro college is also super nice to go to. Avoid the one at St. Paul station. I have witnessed them letting guys deal pills to customers and the people running the registers charge what they want and they have no idea how to scan the phone for the 7-11 apps. They charge me for my 7th drink plus they redeem it. This has happened numerous times. I will go somewhere else. The other 7/11's by El Centro and the other one by the West End with gas pumps are more better and cleaner with friendly employee's no matter what time you go. Also I have seen one of the clerk's blow her nose right by the hot food they put out and did not wash her hands before dealing with customers. She went straight to the register and handled money and products. So gross to witness this first hand!!!

  If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I bought an apple danish and when I ripped it open, a roach came out. I called customer service and have had no resolution.. this happened 3 months ago today. Disgusting. Only buy packaged items here

  The last few times I've come in around 10pm, there's not been coffee. I can understand having to clean the urns but at least have a single urn of basic coffee. What 7-11 doesn't have coffee?! Not to mention the attitudes of the staff aren't the most courteous.

  I used to work there, the owner asked me to sell expired hot food and expired buns all what the woner cares for is making more and more money by any means

  Always busy because of location but the staff is always courteous and fast.
