::This is a family owned 7-11 and the owners are very responsive to feedback, both positive and negative. Occassionally you may have a minor issue or delay as result of a inexperienced employee, but it is a busy location and these things happen. The only regular issue are the slurpy machines are a older model and need to be replaced they frequently are malfunctioning and the owners have tried on numerous occassions to have corporate replace the machines which ones capable of working at the volume they do during peak times of the year. If you go on free slurpy day they may be completely down.
