  zero stars!!! worst costumer services, bad trash mouth and I've come 4 different occasion and different staff and they are all the same, bad matter and will talk about other costumers, is down town Miami lots tourist, this has to be the worst experiences ever in a store, they need to hire new experience people to run this store it is scary to come to a cashier who look like they will beat u up will never again shop at this store

  My husband went there 2-10-18 around 11pm, he bought a drink and kindly told the cashier girl who was wearing a pink sweater that his uber is waiting, if she can hurry. She then took his drink back to the freezer and told him get out, don't hurry me. What kind of service is that.

  Went to buy a drink around 12am and the security told me the store was closed; suposed to be 24hrs?

  La atención del personal es mejorable pero el café de Brasil que preparan es tan bueno que simplemente no podía dejar de comprarlo.
