  Atrocious. I ordered a bundle for a concert and parking here. The ticket from 5th parking indicated parking is good for up to two hours after your show ends. They tried to make me pay and additional $12 because of overages that it clearly indicated I would not be charged on the tickets. After spending 5 minutes on the Telecom with someone in a remote site I was allowed to leave without paying extra. Terrible service

  I stopped at the outlet store with a friend, this place has it all, plus cheap prices and great items.

  Don’t trust LAZ anywhere in town. They make you pay before parking- red flag to start. Just don’t do it.

  Awful service and they lie about the prices when you call on their machine. The lady said house of blue validates and that's not true. Ended up getting charged 35 dollars for less than three hours.

  I am not one to write a bad review but I want to inform other people of my experience before parking here. On a Friday night parking was advertised as $10. I asked the attendant and that price was good until 6am and from there on our until the following day at midnight would be an extra $15. After getting there at 9pm Friday evening and leaving 11am the next day, I was charged $50 when leaving. $50 for 14hours even though I was told at most it would be $25. I wasn't that upset because I figured I would call and get it all settled out. I called Friday but no one could help me until Monday. Called Monday and was told the manager would call me back to discuss it at some point that day. No call. Called again Today and was told the manager or assistant manager would be calling me. Still no call.
