  I brought some watches to Rafeal to have them resized. He resized them at an overpriced fee, which I agreed to assuming he would back up his work. He resized the watches after just estimating my wrist size. They were a bit tight but I thought I'd try out them out to see if they were comfortable enough. I ended up bringing them back two days later to have him add in one more link because they were too tight. He said he would add a link back, but I would have to re-pay his fee. There was no way in hell I'd pay him any more for his sloppy service, so I left his shop without my problem resolved... Don't waste your time or money. His customer service exemplifies why his shop is in shambles...
