Be aware! Big rip-off I payed 24 dollars for an hour, the worest dirtiest place and most expensive parking in whole US.No signs no parking attendance and narrow parking spots, PLEASE park on the street 500% cheaper and cleaner.

Charged $22 for 30 minutes. Thought surely this is a mistake. After calling several times, talked to a person who said that is correct. "It is the rate the owners have chosen." What a despicable business model. Post no rates, take advantage of people, and ensure no repeat business. One Star! Way to go!!

Beware! Do not misinterpret the "Court Parking" sign outside this structure to mean that is owned by the government. Privately owned. Unless you park before 9:30am and out after noon, be prepared to pay up to $33. Parking for MUCH less can be found nearby.

It's everything the other reviewers said. EXPENSIVE!! paid $33 for 5 hours! Not worth it, dark, tiny parking spaces, dirty, and unusual design. Find somewhere else to park. Your vehicle may be damaged by someone who can't park.

Don't park here! If your trying to figure out how to gouge then take notes from these guys. $24 for an hour is one of the highest rates downtown and in most garages that would mean you are getting a heated upscale experience... but not here. As others have said, dirty and expensive. There are plenty of other options downtown, avoid this place like the plague unless of course you trying to learn how to mislead and overcharge your fellow citizens.
