  Terrible experience with this company at a recent event. Unfortunate, as the organization I am associated with has been loyal to them for many years. Their bouncing houses came dirty and they proceeded to take piles of paper towels from my organization to clean their own products which were filthy. Their cotton candy was soggy and they stopped serving it hours before they were supposed to. The popcorn was from a bag, not freshly popped, and they ran out of the paper popcorn containers they were supposed to be handing it out the guests in. Supervision is lacking. As a vendor, I also believe that if you are contacted to be somewhere to 4pm that you should be providing that service until at least 4pm, not telling people that your closed when your a contracted and it's 3:55pm. When a client makes a request, it is disturbing that such request is met with yelling but that is what we dealt with from this company. From my experience, I would be cautious before contracting this company. They did not provide anywhere near five star service or entertainment today.
