::Best drip-coffee downtown. A cup here wakes you up with a warm, refined finese and rich flavor notes that inspire deep, poetic thought as you sip through at Saturday morning speed overlooking the quiet sidewalks of City Market at sunrise. If you're a coffee purist, this understated spot will easily become your go-to.

::This is one of the best coffee experiences one can enjoy in Raleigh. The aesthetic is spot on, the really make you feel like you're in a teensy upscale coffee bar. The baristas are awesome. Everyone of them that I've talked to are down to earth and are extremely nice. They seem to care about the customer experience. The WiFi is great it tends to be a good work spot for me. Just beware they stick the key for the bathroom on a drumstick so you have to ask for that before you go.

::We stopped by this afternoon and there was a lady and gentleman behind the counter. They weren't friendly nor were we greeted. My wife's latte was mediocre. It was as if we were served because its a public establishment; not because we were valued customers. We won't be back.

::First visit there. Service was friendly, fast and informative. The mocha I got is very good. Love the style of the place and it's kept clean!

::Stopped by for the first time last Friday. Great service and very friendly! I love Starbucks but their dark roast was unbelievable! I like it much better than my favorite Starbucks roast. I'll be here whenever possible.
