::Initially I was a fan of this yoga studio but no longer so. I feel yoga studios are not always in step with how to run a business effectively and owners may benefit from training in that area. I was recently charged for 8 months after cancelling and the customer service was slow to resolve this issue. "sorry" is not enough, customers need to feel you are really seeking a solution to the problem and care to do it promptly. I have also experienced a rude teacher and a male teacher who did hands on assist without asking. The leadership failed to comment on this feedback. I will be seeking another yoga studio because at the end of the day these studios are all just businesses.

::Great neighborhood studio. The space is great, the teachers top notch. I always feel like I get a great work out. Highly recommend if you are looking for power flow or a rocket practice. In addition, it is one of the only studios where I have felt such a community vibe, there are a lot of regulars and everyone is open to chatting and making friends!

::This is not your snobby yoga studio where everyone is stands around in cliques not speaking to each. Everyone is welcome at 405 Yoga! Not only are the instructors engaging and friendly, but they are genuinely interested in helping you strengthen your practice. If you are looking for a studio with "real" people, this is the best place. If you have an opportunity to take a class with Ahmed. He is the awesome!

::This is by far one of my favorite yoga studios in DC. The classes are great and so is their yoga teacher training program. Great practice, vibes and energy.

::Great fun owners! Nice clean facilities and a very welcoming atmosphere. I was just visiting but felt like I belonged there. Meredith was a great teacher with perfect verbal cues.
