  One of the cheapest garage in union square area. Recommended to everyone who stay at a hotel in this area and don't want those hotel's ridiculous overprice valet services.

  Employee named Joseph, extremely rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend not using this facility. They run a 24 hour deal. One day we needed to go to the Big Sur and would be returning late, so we asked if we could prepay and it was done without an issue. We had been using the facility for the last few days. Joseph however, refused to do the same on the following day. He was extremely rude about the whole thing and basically told us that there was no manager or other person to talk to. There's plenty of competition over there for parking services and they aren't the best anyway. On weekends their rate is the same as the hotel self park for one. Also, the facility is dirty and sketchy. The car came back with marks on it that it didn't have. I wasn't as concerned because it was a rent a car but still. I also noticed a descrepency with the mileage. If you use this lot please be careful. I recommend using the lot on the next corner. There's better deals and they seemed much more professional.

  Prompt service. Extremely convinient. It is more of a concierge service. Good experience.
