  Dryers don't heat very well. Most of the machines and dryers out of order. Leaky roof ceiling in help area tiles soaked, broken and moldy insulation hanging. Code enforcement needs to pay a visit.

  Convenient hours, very clean, lots and lots of washer choices and different charges for the different washers and sizes. Convenience store in the same parking lot.
