  The lot is convenient and the office staff are wonderful, but in the six months my car has been parked there, I’ve been side swiped, had my rear bumper banged up by a truck (damaging five panels in total), had my rear passenger door scratched up by someone leaning on it, and most recently had my entire passenger side keyed. The only camera in the lot faces the exit booth, so no way to identify the culprits. $5K in damage just isn’t worth it. Park at your own risk.

  Be aware - there is only one gate and one attendant. After an event, like a show at the theater, it can take quite a while to get out. The clock keeps ticking on your parking charge while you're sitting in that line.

  Took over 30 minutes to get out on a Wednesday night, which was included in the hourly charge

  This lot was the closest unoccupied handicap parking to the convention center. They charged us Max Price for the day, just because it was busy that day. Also, the handicapped spots are not directly accessible by wheelchair. The slope is too steep to wheel up, so she had to go all the way around.
