  What really makes Shofur great is their large selection of buses in the area. During the busiest time of the year in Austin, Shofur was the only company that had a bus available for charter for us. Their pricing was also on point relative to the other bus providers in the area

  Have many sorts of buses to select from depending on the size of your group. Great minibus and coach hire service. We hired the 36 passenger mini coach for my weeding party last month. Everything went perfectly well. We plan on hiring this company again in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

  Do not book any bus rental with this company!!!! They took my refundable $600 deposit and I disputed the charge. They provided me with “evidence of damage” to their busses, but the busses in the pictures were not even the busses provided to us! I called the company back and spoke to an operations manager who told me that the busses in the picture were ours even though I repeatedly said that they were not. The busses in the pictures were 10x nicer than the ones that were provided for my group. I continued to tell the operations manager that the busses in the pictures they provided were not ours, but the manager started raising his voice and spoke over me, telling me that I was wrong. I then asked to speak to his supervisor and he told me that “he was in a meeting” and I continued to tell him that they have charged the wrong person, but the manager continued to speak over me and then repeatedly asked someone next to him if he could hang up on me and then did so. I went even further to dispute the charge with my bank and together, we called the company on the same line. A different operator answered and again told me that I was wrong about the busses not being ours and then started to raising their voice and cutting off the bank operator. This company is horrible and I advise no one to use this company unless they just want their money taken from fraudulently.

  Wonderful. Anyone looknig to charter a bus in Austin, San Antonio or anywhere in Texas I would highly recommend the Shofur App!
