::This is the worst bus company. Honestly tried to give it a chance over and over bc I am a cost conscious person but.I can’t anymore. Took a bus from NYC to DC and the driver stopped in Baltimore and told all 100 passengers to “call yo people” because he was leaving us in Baltimore and not taking us to our final destination. Had a reservation for a bus from NYC to Albany. Stood in the rain for 2 hours. Bus never came. 100 people were stranded and no communication was sent to us whatsoever by the company on status, etc. Had to fight the company for multiple days to get a refund.

::저는 일단 겨울에 9시 뉴욕에서 워싱턴 가는 버스 이용했습니다. 일단 특정 건물이 없습니다. 그냥 길가에 덩그러니 정류장만 있어요. 얼어죽는줄 알았습니다. 더군다나 9시 버스인데 15분이 넘어서야 승객을 받더군요. 직원도 불친절합니다.(출발은 25분 쯤에) 솔직히 맘에 드는게 없어요. 그나마 버스는 2층 버스에 나름 편합니다. 와이파이 된다더니 저는 안잡히네요 1개주고 싶지만 버스는 쓸만하니 두개 줍니다...

::Автобусная остановка под открытым небом. Мне повезло, была хорошая погода, а каково ждать посадку в дождь? Туалетов в округе не видно, готовьтесь заранее. Для посадки в автобус надо найти табличку с соответствующим направлением и встать в очередь. Впрочем, в случае затруднений всегда можно спросить где посадка на ваш автобус у служащих автобусной компании.
