  Had my son's 1st birthday pictures done today and I was very happy with everything. and I have been using 30 Minute Photo for about 10 years. I could not be more happy with them. From the prints to the customer service they are by far the BEST!!!!!!

  Do not go to this store! The owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I needed to get passport photos for my visa to go overseas. The requirements had to be very concise, or they would be rejected by the immigration office. So after the photos were finished i took out a ruler to make sure they were correct. They did not look exactly the way they did in the example i was given by the company i was hired by. I spent exactly 45 seconds looking them over and he starts yelling at me saying that "he did not have time for this, do you want these photos or not?" I replied in a polite calm voice (i never once raised my voice at him, and i was very calm) "that i needed to make sure that they were correct, so they would not be rejected by the immigration office." He shouted to "get out of the store". He was pointing to the door and yelling at me. I told him that "it needed it to be correct, it is important" and he replied still yelling at the top of his lungs "either take it or leave it, get out if my store". I am in a rush to get my visa documents ready, so i took the pictures. Do not go to this store, he charges too much for his services and you can probably do what he does with software on the computer or at cvs or Walgreen. I am still shaking from the way he treated me.
