  This place is cheap! However there is no elevator so it is not wheelchair accessible and if you had groceries or a baby you have to walk up and down and around the entire garage… Which sucks! Also there is only one wrap to go up and down while driving so beware of oncoming traffic!

  If I could give zero stars I would. This garage scams on tourists to park past 6 pm. Hours of operation are not obviously posted, yet the rates stating 4-12 hours parking is $18, etc. arrived just after the garage closed (I had no idea it closed after 6 pm and I read all the signs twice). Now we owe $40 instead of $18. What a scam! If you’re smart, you’ll find someplace else to park.

  Biggest problem We are aquarium members and there's an aquarium member discount for parking of $1. When we left, the woman at the booth refused to give us the discount even though we had our membership receipt. The $1 will not affect my life in any way, but I was shocked at the refusal. Other problems. The stairwell smelled TERRIBLE! Stale feces amd urine. We left through a particular gate, which apparently locked behind us. We were unable to go back the same way we came in and had to walk into the busy driveway area to go back upstairs to our car. I realize that it's insignificant to them, but I will not be back. I also encourage you to find a better parking garage as there's plenty in the area.

  Nice people. They stayed open a little later so some people who were a little late returning to get their cars could get their cars out. Cheap prices too. For Downtown Seattle Wa.
