  Very good experience with this company, Joe was knowledgeable and accommodating. Delivery was within days of the order. There was a mixup with the color of a piece of the order, Joe arranged an exchange within 2 days. Highly recommend using this company

  Worked with Joe L - very difficult to get a refund and to get in touch with him. He asked for a ‘favor’ before he processed the refund. He wanted a 5-Star review. I lied and said ‘OK’....so he FINALLY processed it (hence the 2 stars).

  I purchased a Jenny Lind bed from 2K Furniture and was extremely satisfied. I initially purchased the incorrect size bed, and the return was simple and easy, costing me only a minimal amount for the shipping label. I had expected to pay much more due to the size and weight of the package, so this was a great relief. The delivery of the second bed that I re-ordered was timely and professional, and the piece itself was in great condition. I would recommend purchase from 2K Furniture to others looking for quality furniture at a highly competitive price.
