  Seems fairly clean and safe but the attendants who work here are incredibly inefficient and confusing. Incorrect directions given, no good way to get a hold of a clear booking process and they tried to overcharge a pre-paid reservation. Overall would give better rating if they trained up their staff or hired someone who gives out clear directions and doesn't berate the customer when they don't have the proper print outs they were previously told they no longer needed once they parked the car. Also once you park you can't leave till your reservation is over which is wildly inconvenient.

  Needed to walk the ramp to get in and out. On the positive, attendant was available and I was on my way quickly with my Zipcar.
