  A small but still existing subway stop, which is nearby of a Megabusstop. 28th Street is a local station on the IRT Broadway–Seventh Avenue Line of the New York City Subway. Located at the intersection of 28th Street and Seventh Avenue in Manhattan, it is served by the 1 train at all times, and by the 2 train during late nights and weekends.

  Trains stop in every station for 15 minutes. Reason: MTA use the money to benefit the shareholders rather than repairing Subway lines.

  It seems silly to rate a subway station, but living in NYC you discover not all stops are created equal. At least once a week during weekday on way home from work, the 1 train downtown suddenly "decides" to run express after 34th street (unplanned) and skips this stop. Seriously MTA?

  The station is good because the wall has cute designs and luckily, less Express trains pass.
