Took my car in just to install a Southbend Daily clutch. I called several times to try and talk to Aaron to get pricing prior to taking it in. He is near impossible to get a hold of, and the shop guys cannot answer a single question without him. After several days and several phone calls I was finally able to get ahold of Aaron. Sounding confident, he quoted me $700 out the door and told me to bring it in whenever. Having so much trouble getting ahold of him should have been a red flag, but with all their good reviews I went against my better judgment and had a flatbed take my 2013 GLI in. I follow the tow truck over to make sure that Aaron has everything he needs. I give him my info and he states that It will be ready in a few days. Over a week goes by and nothing, so again, I call and call trying to get ahold of Aaron, since his guys do not have any knowledge of a 2013 GLI being there, the lady at the front says she will call me back, she never did. 8 days after I drop it off, my car is ready, I had to keep calling to get answers. He charged my card $720 for labor even though we had an agreement of 700 even. I know, $20 is nothing in the grand scheme of things, but the point is he did not keep his word. I drive off the lot and immediately hear a small grinding going into second. But drives ok other than that. When I got home I notice they failed to put the plastic cover back on my engine. Fast forward two weeks, the grinding continues, so I call Aaron (again takes several different calls) and tell him of the issues. Back I go taking my car into their shop, when I get there Aaron takes the key and says that it just needs an adjustment and they will take care of it. Three days later Aaron calls and says that the adjustment didn’t help and that it is probably the shift forks or synchro. Any reputable shop would have noticed these issues while the transmission was out and told me at the time versus me finding out after I already paid over $700. I ask Aaron what our options are and he says that they can change out the forks or synchro but it will be another $700 of labor only, So I tell him not to do anything that I will go pick it up. So I take the morning off from work to get a ride to pick it up, and when I get there the door is locked, but they see me inside. I call on my cell and tell him I am waiting outside. Rudely, Aaron sends one of his workers out to hand me the key and the worker walks off. Unreal, I spend all that time and money thinking I am working with a reputable shop and Aaron does not have the decency to go outside to have a conversation with me. Instead, he hides in his office. I urge anyone that needs work done not to go to Aaron and his crew. They will rob you coming and going and not have the decency to meet you face to face, if you can get ahold of them at all. I will certainly never go back to that shop and I will be sure that everyone in the local VW scene knows how you all really operate. It’s no wonder that place is always empty.

As an auto enthusiast with a pretty diverse collection, the 247 crew always manages to handle any curve ball I throw them whether its in the form of a modern European sports car, a classic American, old Japanese or even air-cooled VW. There's very few places I trust to the degree that I trust 247 Automotive.

Aaron and his crew are the best. They have taken care of my 2006 BMW for years and they are the most honest group of guys you will find.

The first shop I have been to that I feel I can trust. Knowledgeable staff, they know ecu's to an oil change. Staff makes you feel comfortable and explains thoroughly.

My husband & I were passing through our home town when the fan on our S4 failed, 247 was able to save us a ton of time. Time = money, from one shop to another, you guys are awesome! Super cool guys who obviously know their top notch stuff - loved the showroom. Thank you, will be referring our EP family - the Stouts
