  Mike was on time , honest , gave me fair prices and most of all gave me ideas on how I can make some of my own repairs. It’s rare I think to find someone with that kind of honesty and integrity these days. He easily could have given me a reason why I needed to replace items but instead gave me ideas on how to fix it myself that ultimately saved me money. Great guy and great service.

  The heat was not coming on in Brooklyn, on Quincy Street . I called on a Sunday at 8am. Mike got to the house about 10am. He had to get a specialize piece. Problem was fixed by 12 noon. I was charged a decent price for labor and parts and everyone is happy. I highly recommend 24 hour Plumbing and Sewer. This guy Mike is a magician of plumbing .

  Great plumbers... Mike was at my door within one hour of the initial phone call. We purchased our home almost one year ago and always seemed to have an issue with our plumbing. Mike literally walked through all 4 floors and did his investigation of what could be the cause of some of my issues on top of fixing my reason for calling him. Our issue was in our sewer pipe, it was completely blocked, the guy did his thing and now we're blockage free from the house to the street sewer. Great prices, great guy and honest, in my opinion. We got him coming over real soon to change our water heater. Again top notch guys.

  We are so pleased with the excellent service Mike S. provided us with yesterday evening. Our plumbing problems are finally resolved !!! He explained the problem about our septic tank being clogged. It was a big job but it is finally resolved. We had a prior plumber try to resolve the issue and were so disappointed with his services, he came by and absolutely nothing was resolved. We highly, highly recommend Mike S. He was quick and precise. We will definitely call him should any other problems occur. We didn't have to miss work and wait for hours for a plumber either, he was able to see us in the evening hours which was a plus. Thank you Mike S. , we finally have a smile on our face.

  I wanted to leave this review to let other people know how great Mike is as a plumber. I had a problem at my house and wanted to fix it myself, but needed a little help over the phone by a plumber. I called multiple plumbers and No one cared to help me over the phone. I was just told that they can come for a service call but not till the next day. I tried one more call and got Mike at 24 hour plumbing. I explained to him what was going on and he took time to walk me through it step by step. After trying and not having the correct tools, I asked if he would be able to come over and fix my problem. Without hesitation he said to me, I will be finished with my current job In a hour and go right to you, mind you it was 930 pm. He arrived, was very pleasant, and professional and fixed my problem. He explained how it happen and how to prevent it in the future. Needless to say I have used him multiple times after, and recommend him to everyone i know. Thanks mike.
