::This could be a 5 Star experience, but seriously the place has the same equipment since it was a Bally, the rust can’t be safe, but fine, we can make that a four star, but then there’s no organization, all the free weights are strewn about, never in order. I shouldn’t be spending more time looking for weights then actually using em.

::24 hour fitness has the bare minimum to get you in shape. They also provide a shower room which unfortunately smells like sulfer and there is no hot water the price is fairly reasonable (if you are strapped for cash). I do not like that they have 8-10 TV screens ALL playing CNN news ALL the time - I go to the gym to relax not to get stressed out!

::I USED to go to this gym. It just haven't lived up to my expectations. In the beginning the customer service was good and the locker rooms were clean. Not anymore. I would avoid this 24 Hour Fitness.

::worst customer service They even charge you after cancel the membership and don't refund me the deposit I paid when i enroll. After you cancel the membership, the superior tell me I'm not their customer anymore. they no need to answer my question and give me CORRECT information.

::I've been to more than a few gyms in Queens and this one is by far the best. Excellent class schedules, well-maintained workout areas, great weights and equipment availability, a nice little snack/juice/supplement store, and very clean locker rooms. The best part though is the people. The staff here is, to a person, very friendly and professional. They all genuinely seem happy to see you and are never pushy or salesman like. It makes for a really nice environment to come workout in. Both Lynette and Don deserve special mention for being awesome. In short, I highly recommend this gym!
