  This is a really great gym. I love that they have so many options. If you cant make it to a class, they have videos you can follow there. They have a ton of machines. Also, they have some nice stuff my other gym didn't, like a bathing suit dryer, hot tub, pool and child care. I dont have kids yet, but it's awesome that they have it. THE ONLY THING I WISH THEY HAD: more TVs, or the TVs they have in front of the ellipticals, had better channels. I feel 2 of the TVs could be used better. One is only info about the gym. The 2nd is music videos of the music being played overhead. That leaves 2 channels, ABC and CNN.

  This place is well equipped, cleanable trainer are knowledgeable and professionals. Not crowded, nice pool, Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are a big plus

  Great gym clean space. Towel service great.. big clean pool, life guides very friendly.. water classes 🔝✔💯are THEE BEST.. ..but some of the staff could be more welcoming..

  It's an olympic standard gymnasium with a lot of instructor led classes. You could also get a personal trainer if you require one. It also 25 by 10 sized swimming pool, a sauna, spa and steam room suitable for after work out. I recommend 24 hour fitness anytime. It's a fun place to work out with friends and family, yes there's also a kids section.

  Tried this gym out as a “guest” . I went there at 9:30 pm and they proceeded to tell me that it was too late to come as a guest and that I had to come before 9pm to workout . Nowhere on the brochure that I received from 24 hour fitness did it state this information , nor did it say it on my “guest pass” that I received from a family member who is an actual member here . I explained to the manager that I had no idea of this policy . ( not being able to attend as a guest before 9pm was no where to be stated!) Anyhow, the manager understood when I told him I traveled a long distance to come here and try out the gym and he allowed me to workout with my guest pass after 9pm despite policy rules . I appreciated that ! However , I went to come on a Saturday , it was only 7:30 pm at night and I wanted to get in an evening workout . I get there and I come to find out that they close at 8pm on the weekends!!! I couldn’t be more upset . Why call yourself 24 hour fitness if you aren’t open 24 hours 7 days a week ?! Very miss conceiving . If they were actually open 24 hours 7 days a week then that would be awesome . However , they are not . So be aware . The name isn’t as true as it comes out to be . Facility at valley stream wasn’t half bad though .
