::Poorly kept and managed. Could use a remodel. I was so excited because they have a pool and my favorite Precor machine but the facilities make me feel itchy. Also no towels and they try to charge you $9 for a towel when you can go down to Target and get one for $4. Won't be back.

::Rude, Rude, and guess wht?? Level of professionalism is at an all time LOW. Front desk personnel says hello to whomever they like at the time, they make nasty faces and comments behind peoples backs. You ask them for help and they're either alone and cant at the moment or they'll make sure someone else gets to it eventually. They spend more time gossiping and texting and sitting down than helping or greeting anyone. And they know NOTHING about gym etiquette. The lady who cleans always has an opinion about everything BUT her job, which she sucks at!!! NO paper towels majority of the time, NO cleaning sprays, if so, nozzle damaged as usual. Weights alllllll over the gym floor, which is a member and staff problem. Just really bad ass attitudes from people who are there to serve n help. Gym needs a complete face lift from top to bottom. Manager speaks to his staff BUT they do as they please anyway!!!

::I have been going to this gym for over 2 years. It has had its ups and downs. Some recent positives are: the pool area is finally continuously working and most of the people here are friendly. However, It is recently going on a down, I would definitely say. One of the chest machines has been broken for over two months. The afternoon/night crew does not clean the men’s locker room. The trash in the men’s room overflows the trash cans at night time. I have recently been considering leaving this gym, I really don’t want to since I have build many friendships here. But if they don’t get it together I will have no other option.

::I only come to swim, unfortunately the AC condensate drips on top of the middle lane in the pool. Place is always dirty, smelly, roaches, etc... In addition, the membership is very inexpensive for the yearly contract, however there is a $49.00 annual fee that is not forewarned when you sign the contract on site (you can see it when you sign directly online). I do plan on terminating my membership base on the current facility maintenance conditions. However, I signed for the year contract and the termination fee is $200.00, so it's best I stay for the year and join the YMCA in 2019.
