  That’s the first time I give one star to any business! I’m so disappointed! I was aware that I am moving soon and that’s why I wanted to pay month to month. I just called to let them know that that’s my last month with them and I was told that my contract is for 12 months and I need to pay $500+ if I want to leave now. I’m pissed because the reason for me to sign for their gym was because they had the option month to month. Never going back

  Love the classes. Great instructors. Lots of cardio machines and towel service.

  Starting to show wear. Employees are no longer happy to be here, many of the machines are getting old (although they did get new stairmasters recently ~February 2018), they no longer offer the smaller towels (because they "keep walking out the door"), and it's getting quite overcrowded and difficult to keep clean. Looks like 24 Hour Fitness in the East Coast is fast becoming like the ones in the West Coast--old, worn out, and cheap. Weird, because the some of the other locations which have been open about the same amount of time or longer, like Saddle Brook and Englewood, are still very well maintained. You see people cleaning the machines at any time of the day, the bathrooms are ALWAYS clean, and the weights are organized in those locations, but no longer here. Paramus is also no longer properly climate controlled. It's sometimes more humid in the gym than outside, and you get the smells that come with the added humidity and heat. I miss that manager that they had here in the beginning--I guess he went back to Chicago or something?

  Lots of equipment spread over three floors. 2 Racquet ball courts. Pool, sauna, steam, whirlpool, basketball court . Spin, weight, floor exercise and dancercise rooms. Dozens of aerobic and strength machines. Nursery/Kiddie room. Could do a faster job on equipment repairs. Once a machine breaks down it seems to.take a long tome before its fixed. Could clean locker rooms.more often. Lots of parking.

  I am extremely upset with the associate who assisted me! I came to the gym with a 3 days free access. I was looking for another gym since I recently cancelled my old gym membership. I had email to prove it. The associate said I cannot used it which made me purchased a hefty day pass for 25$. I spent 1 hour in the gym and I received an email stating "enjoy your one day free access". I confronted the associate and he said that the email was the day pass I purchased. I purchased the day pass in the front desk without them taking my personal info, they just basically swiped my card. How can they identify my email? This associate is named Eli. Never approach him, because of him I will never come back again!
