  Overall, great facility. -Space/trainers: can be a little cramped, especially with the trainers often taking up room and hogging equipment. Trainers can be pushy with guests, harassing them about the machines they're using if they want them for their client. Also, people with trainers don't wipe down machines which is annoying. -Cleanliness: facts are facts, people make a mess and don't clean up, that's not the gym's fault so please be mindful to be tidy (not leaving water bottles, towels and tissues everywhere) and wipe down equipment you use. -Pool: big enough for six people to do laps, whirlpool, steam room and sauna area -Machines: plenty of variety and a good selection of modern, advanced technology -Towel service: great, plenty for your needs -Locker rooms: clean, spacious, free lockers, mostly clean showers, hair dryers -Classes: not enough early morning classes, night classes run back to back so people don't clean up and then the next class runs later than it should

  As a member for 10 years, for the most part I've been pleased with 24 hour fitness. However the new Ramsey location is in my opinion a very poorly designed club. Lockers are in lower level, which means you check in on the upper level, go down to lower level to change, back up to upper level to workout, then back to lower level to shower and back up to upper level to leave gym. This is extremely annoying.. cardio and weight area is small, with limited number of machines. Sorry, after several months I still feel frustrated with this place. Second problem is I have brought 2 guests here to sign up and they both became frustrated with the long process and hassle of trying the facility, both walked out after about an hour plus wait. Third problem is there is a cleaning guy who is literally in your face with a backpack vaccum cleaning. This seems to be a constant problem. Other issues are water dispensers have strong metallic tasting water. Mens locker room and shower area, is dirty and could be cleaner. In short, there are 2 gyms nearby that are much much better choices, and these issues don't exist

  Great gym, great location. Sometimes it gets crowded but it’s understandable because of how up to date the gym is. Wish it was a little bigger but the location isn’t exactly a massive one.

  Great facility when they first opened, and the weights, functional, and cardio areas are still kept fairly clean. I've seen maintenance staff and a personal trainer organize equipment and vacuum the cardio area (although, do they have to get so close to the elliptical I'm using that I worry I may hit them?) However, the pool, and especially jacuzzi, are not cleaned regularly enough. You can see a lot of dark particles floating in the bubbles in the jacuzzi. I've even been warned about going in by a woman who said she got a UTI by being in it--I'm not one to believe such things, but that along with what I've seen have kept me from going to this location too often.

  Best gym I've ever been too. Always clean. There are so many ways to do the exercises you want: machines, free weights, and space to do calisthenics if that's your thing. Staff is super friendly. Worth every cent.
