  Premium prices for mediocre food and poor service. Calling ahead for pickup takes just as long as waiting on line to receive your food. The associates walk right by you while you stand at the register and when you do speak up they say “Oh” and go back to tasking. This is not a one-time phenomenon. This time I walked out and kept my money.

  Food is delicious!! Always long lines, but moves very quickly. The Best Bagels

  If I can give them negative stars I would went here for a quick grab around 8pm wasn’t busy at all someone came in placed my order which was just turkey lettuce and tomato and they attended 3 more people in front of me walked out on them I’ll let them keep their food

  The real deal when it comes to authentic New York bagels! The bagel is cooked and prepared to perfection. This place offers a lot more than just bagels, they have warm and cold lunches, desserts & pastries, cold coffee bar and hot coffee plain or all types of flavors. Gift platters & catering. Credit, debit, and cash accepted. Take out or seating to eat in, but no table side service. Wheelchair accessible entrance. Great service.

  As a vegan, it’s hard to come by a spot that as is as good in quality as it is in service and full range options. Besides all the dairy options they have-and there’s sooo many different types of cream cheese-they has a tofu cream cheese! I grew up loving bagels so it’s nice to know I don’t have to sacrifice bagels from life. Service is always excellent. Food is always made fresh and cooked to taste great. Yes, there’s long lines during rush hours. After eating here just once, you’ll understand why those lines happen. Coffee (hot or iced) is delicious. And again, non dairy milk options are offered. Love this place and will continue to eat here!
