::1660 Peachtree Street Apartments is awful. Its like living in a dorm. They are always doing inspections so they barge in on you. The emergency alarm for the entire complex goes off late at night a lot. The management and maintenance sucks. They don't care. Be careful with packages because they almost sent my package back to sender several times. When i first moved here my aparment was infested with ants and maintenance didn't do anything about it. Im always having problems with my apartment. It leaks and the AC doesn't work. As far as amenities go, the pool is dirty and they close it majority of the year and the gym is okay but sometimes the treadmill machines don't work. The only thing that's a pro is the convenience of going to school. 1660 is overpriced and not worth the money. Oh and if you see 5 stars or even 4 the staff told the guest to write good reviews.

::Live here at your own risk. I’ve experienced poor customer service constantly. Irresponsible management. Random fees incurred for no reason, for example they decided to start charging for paying rent through your checking account months after being a tenant. Apartment work orders were hardly ever completed in a timely fashion nor to an acceptable level. You a have to call the same work orders over again. High turnover of staff and ownership. Gym equipment usually broken. Gates are constantly broken or not working. Lease contracts were unfavorable. Incompetent utility, rent and billing service. Noisy area with constant construction which sets off alarms at all hours and sometimes has to be shut off by the fire department in the middle of the night. The area is a prime location for attending school nearby, but unfortunately the Connor Group should focus on living up to being an actual luxury apartment complex not just label itself as such. PS. Adam P instead of bringing up a resolved and isolated incident concern yourself with addressing the above mentioned issues so that customers won’t have to write honest reviews that expose the nature of the facility.

::During March of 2018 I had the pleasure of meeting 1660 Peachtree Leasing Agent Courtney. It was gratifying to meet someone so dedicated to doing a excellent job. I left with an awesome feeling of this is the property in witch to live. The property and the units are simply tranquil! If you are in search of an inner city residence, do yourself a favor by taking the opportunity to view the 1660 Peachtree luxury apartments and it's amenities . Thank you again for the experience Courtney.

::Moved in here, and really happy with the conditions of the apartment - really nice and clean, and couldn't be happier. On top of that, it's right next to my school so, definitely not a problem for getting to class. Throughout the entire process, Cynthia and Courtney have been extremely approachable, kind and helpful, in addition to answering any questions I had about the apartments here before moving in. Really nice place, wished I moved in here sooner.

::New review: -6 months into living here! Office staff is so welcoming helpful and smiley. I can ask for anything and they are willing to help! Not five stars cause pool area is frequently a mess🤦🏽♀️. The pool water has been dirty all winter, I know no one is swimming in it but still aesthetics is important. And once all three computers in cyber cafe is fixed, you can scan and fax from the printer up there, and coffee machine is accessible 24/7 (suggestion to put by computers!) then Review will go up to five! :) Old review: I’ve lived here a month and a half and biggest frustration is problems before we were even here: I have had to request getting ants removed 3 times...and we still have them. Since day 1 our bathroom sink and tub were clogged, had to call maintenance 3 times as well. They told me pool was open year round (which is important to me) on our tour and the day after I moved in a sign went up "pool closed until next summer". Basically told us what we want to hear during tour to get us to move in. The staff is pleasant and respond very quickly to emails and calls which I appreciate it. As for place itself not ideal because Cyper cafe is only open during office hours m-sat 10am-6pm which is when everyone is at work and doesn't need the comp but need it at night and on weekends and not open then unfortunately.
