  I watched the parking attendant hit my car and deny it. Then the parking attendant began to scream at me and refused to contact management or fill out any documentation. After a call to my lawyer the attendant finally agreed to fill out documentation. I have been waiting for my claim to be paid since July. The mangers do not return phone calls or emails. This company is the definition of professionalism

  Terrible told me I had a discount from hospital and I said I was staying more than five hours. They said no problem when I got back they wouldn't give me discount even with the stamp from hospital. Totally dishonest. Never park here!
