  On serveral occasions I spoke to management regarding the water pump malfunction in the basement. It’s making extremely loud vibrational sounds in the walls and floors. The vibrations are intermittent all day long and it’s getting stronger each week .So far No Action Taken by Mgmt to remedy this potentially dangerous water pump malfunction at 114 East 122nd Street NY 10035. I have no other recourse but to contact 311or HUD For assistance
