  A nice place, cozy and with a good coffee and excellent sandwich of smoked salmon! I had the luck the two times that I have been there to be treated in a friendly and cordial way !!!

  I love the yoga studio above this cafe. Unfortunately on Saturday the 19th at 2:30 the man who was working was extremely unfriendly and was extremely bothered when I interrupted whatever he was reading. He chose to make fun of my speech. Finding a shallow but very effective way of sending me on my way.

  Nice! your first reaction to the tight quarters upstairs will be like what? and then you realize it's ok, you can have a conversation with the person you're with and not make the person on their laptop 30 inches from you feel like they are hanging out with you.

  Solid coffee. Balthazar pastries and you can get an avocado toast. It's a small spot with limited space but frequently empty so it can be a great place to work. Staff are friendly and there are always dogs around. It's part of the art studios and they are building a yoga studio upstairs so it will be a pretty nice morning spot for people in the neighborhood.

  amazing！My favorite！ thank you！ (flom japan) ニューヨーク旅行期間中の1週間で、何度もコーヒーを飲みましたが、ココのお店が個人的にはナンバーワンでした。近くを通った際はぜひ！小さい店内ですが、ロフトみたいな二階席もあり、若いお兄さん店主の丁寧な接客も好感が持てました。落ち着くお店です。コーヒー豆を帰りにハーフパウンド購入して帰りました！帰国後も飲んでます☕️
