  I parked at this garage this past weekend and came back before the 12 hours was up and the gentleman who helped me totally ignored me and took other customers in front of me. When I finally did get to the window he totally ignored by presence and with a condescending tone asked if I had a car parked. I gave him my ticket and he pulled the car up. Only then did the man cash me out on the computer. By this time my time had past and he swiped my card BEFORE telling my the price and then tells me I was charged for 24 hours.. I asked why and he told me I was one min late. One MINUTE. Be then called the police because I refused to sign the credit card receipt agreeing with the price which I disagree with. I asked to speak to management be refused to call and they still have yet to contact me regarding the matter. I will post this on every website with your company is listed until I get an explanation of terrible customer service as well as terrible communication between you your employees and anyone else involved there was no reason for the police to be called and I will respond as soon as I get a response from you.

  Excellent place to park your car. Be thoughtful and courteous when trying to park your car. Most of these attendants are good guys and professional. They seem to have dignity and common courtesy as well as Carlos the manager when you soeak to them. Keep up with the good work men! Thank you!
