::This place is terrible now. It used to be good. Last few times has been 5 plus hour delivery time. Get it together.

::I called and ordered a radiator and hoses for my taurus. Really high quality rubber hosing compared to the plastic factory garbage that was in there. Couldnt of asked for any better of an experience.

::This company is a sham. They sell you the cheapest product they can get and then promise a lifetime warranty on it and then won't help you when their product fails. I bought a radiator for my car in 2010. The last time I tried to drain the fluid about a week ago, the plastic drain plug outer half shattered when I put a screwdriver in and started removing it. I called the company and they said bring it in. So I drove my car in for them to look at (all you have to do is look at the car underneath to see the outer half is gone and the rest is stuck inside the radiator. Oh no, they want me to take the broken part out ( the whole radiator - so then I can't drive the car), and bring the broken plastic shards with (that will have to be drilled out of the radiator drain plug hole) just so that they can make a yes or no decision. For a 5 dollar part, they're not willing to take care of a customer in need.
